Noé Riou-Gaillard a choisi de s’exprimer à travers la photographie et la vidéo. Il a obtenu son diplôme en photo et vidéo à L’ESA Saint-Luc Tournai (Belgique) en 2023. Il a grandi dans le Sud-Ouest de la France et vit aujourd’hui entre Paris et la région toulousaine.
