Noé Riou-Gaillard est un artiste ayant choisi pour s’exprimer le médium photographique et la vidéo. Il est obtient son diplôme en photo et vidéo à L’ESA Saint Luc Tournai (Belgique) en 2023. Ayant grandi dans le Sud-Ouest de la France, il vit aujourd’hui entre Paris et la région toulousaine.
